    just the mere effort to create art requires that eventually there is some sort of feeling taking place and occurring and surely becoming injected into the process –

    once all of the technical details are out of the way and sufficiently ingrained in a person’s being – the feelings are able to shine through more readily – since thought on the technical issues are then no longer required –

    when one’s feelings are shining through they become clear and visible to the viewer and it is at that point that they touch the feelings of the viewer and cause the same feelings to vibrate throughout the viewer’s being – thus making a connection and causing the art piece to be recognized as being “great” or something of value -
